1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship worldwide. This policy applies to all orders regardless of destination.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated timelines are clearly stated on each product page.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MDT begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required.

All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs. Any applicable fees will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

       Processing time: 1–2 business days

       Transit time: 6–10 business days

       Estimated total delivery: 7–12 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or regional factors.

5. Import Duties & Taxes

The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All applicable import duties and taxes are included — no hidden fees, no surprises at the door.

6. Carrier Services

Deliveries are handled by UPS or an equivalent trusted international courier. All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time using the Track Order page on our website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

8. Delays & Delivery Issues

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. These factors are outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

9. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@ahodi.com with your order number.

We will investigate the issue with the courier. Once confirmed as lost, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
